Impact is My Love Language: Why I Only Work With the Bold, the Brave, and the World-Changers3/24/2025 Everyone says they want to make an impact—but I’ve learned that impact isn’t a buzzword. It’s a commitment. It’s a calling. And it’s my non-negotiable.
In a world overflowing with innovation and disruption, it’s easy to throw around words like “impact” and “transformation.” But for me, impact is more than a trend or a tagline—it’s the foundation of everything I do. It’s the reason I’ve built my career around aligning with leaders and organizations that don’t just want to grow—they want to leave a legacy. Because while growth might fill your bank account, impact fills your soul. The Difference Between Growth and Impact Growth is about chasing numbers, scaling fast, and riding the waves of hype. Impact, on the other hand, is intentional. It’s about creating solutions that shift paradigms, transform industries, and change lives. Growth is temporary; impact is eternal. This is why I don’t just work with anyone. I’m not interested in joining forces with those chasing short-term gains or superficial wins. Instead, I focus on those who dare to dream bigger—those who are brave enough to rewrite the rules, disrupt the status quo, and embrace challenges with boldness. When Saying “No” Is the Boldest Move Early in my journey, I learned the importance of saying no to opportunities that didn’t align with my mission. Walking away wasn’t easy—especially when the opportunities came with prestige or financial comfort. But every “no” I’ve said has been a declaration of my commitment to working only with the bold and the brave. If a company or leader’s mission doesn’t move the needle for humanity, if their values don’t align with mine, or if their vision feels too safe, I walk away. Because impact isn’t about playing it safe—it’s about embracing the unknown with courage and conviction. What I Look for in World-Changing Leaders Before I say yes to a project, I look for three things: 1. Vision: Are you building something that matters? Is your mission bigger than yourself? 2. Values: Do authenticity, trustworthiness, and ambition drive your decisions? 3. Velocity: Are you ready to move forward with focus, discipline, and determination? These aren’t just checkboxes—they’re non-negotiables. True impact happens when vision, values, and velocity intersect, and that’s where I thrive. Are We a Match? If you’re building something that challenges the status quo, scares you just enough to keep you up at night, and has the potential to change lives—not just quarterly reports—then we need to talk. Impact isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am. And if your mission scares you a little—in the best way possible—then we’re probably a match. So, what’s your vision? Let’s build something transformational together.
